Job Responsibilities

1. Prior planning for new mold development, structural design, design changes, design improvements, and formulation of plans;
2. Evaluation of simulation analysis results and the proposal of corrective measures based on the simulation analysis report;
3. Digest drawings, standards, and documents, and compile a list of questions;
4. Analyze the die-casting processability and mold processability of the product and propose improvement measures;
5. Responsible for completing 3D and 2D mold design work;
6. Responsible for organizing mold design review work;
7. Responsible for mold modification work;
8. Responsible for mold review and rectification work after trial molding;
9. Responsible for modifying mold structural issues that arise during the manufacturing process;

Job Requirements

25-45 years old, associate degree or above, proficient in using PRO/E, UG, CAD and other software, mechanical design and manufacturing, mold design, more than 5 years of experience in aluminum die casting mold design, familiar with automotive parts die casting mold design.

Job Responsibilities

1. Familiar with die casting process, mechanical processing technology, and department management procedures; has experience in leading the development of new automotive parts. Responsible for organizing the development and design of the manufacturing process for new products, and planning for the development and design of the manufacturing process for new products;
2. Responsible for organizing the process management of products in production (including: process supervision, process changes, regular process reviews), and formulating product acceptance standards;
3. Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and conducting internal audits of the quality management system's relevant elements; responsible for organizing the acceptance of second-party and third-party external audits, organizing audit rectifications; improving the company's project quality management processes and systems, and implementing them; analyzing and solving quality issues, responding quickly to customer needs, promoting internal quality improvement activities, and regularly reporting on quality status, tracking the results of project improvements, and summarizing experiences and lessons learned in quality.
4. Managing the daily work of the department, arranging, coordinating, checking, and motivating the work of department members; completing temporary tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

25-45 years old, associate degree or above, proficient in using UG, CAD, and other office software, 3+ years of experience in aluminum casting and automotive parts, familiar with die casting and machining processes.
